The refund policy is set by the event owners and differs from event to event.

Event Attendees


It is easy to request a full or partial refund. Just email us with your receipt number. If the event allows for refunds you will receive a refund for the price of the ticket(s) minus the bank processing fee.


Event Owners

It's easy to issue a full or partial refund to your attendees from the Manage page of your event, up to 4 days after the end of your event (payouts start processing 4-5 days after the event ends.) All Eventslanding fees are returned, and your attendee will receive their funds within 5 business days in the U.S. (7 business days outside the U.S.), depending on their bank. Also, If you're issuing refunds to be able to cancel your event, you must issue individual refunds as there is no bulk refund option.
