Woods College Graduation Process

Commencement Ceremonies: Monday, May 18, 2026
The Boston College Commencement Exercises are a two-part ceremony:
- The University Commencement (Main Ceremony) will be held in at 10:00 a.m.
- The Woods College听Diploma Ceremony 颈蝉听held immediately after the University Commencement Ceremony.听 Degrees and awards are presented during this ceremony.

Timeline & Eligibility
The University awards degrees in May, August, and December and holds a Commencement Ceremony in May each year.
Students who completed all degree requirements in August or December are eligible to participate in the University鈥檚 next official Commencement date in May.听
- Official communications are only sent to your 红桃视频 email; please check it frequently.
If your 红桃视频 email account has been deactivated, please provide us with your preferred email address:听wcas@bc.edu. You must include your full name, Eagle ID number, degree program, graduation date, and daytime phone number.
- Please don't hesitate to contact your Academic Advisor if you have any questions or concerns.

Students who already received their diplomas skip this step.
Undergraduate Advising听听 听 听 听 听 听 听 听 听 听 听听Graduate Advising
This will ensure that a graduate's diploma is printed correctly and that the graduate's name is listed in the University's Commencement program. Please note that only a graduate's name, degree, and Latin honors (if applicable) are printed on the diploma.
Students who already received their diplomas during the prior semester skip this step.
The deadlines for students to verify their diploma names are:听
- Monday, April 15,听for听students who plan to graduate in听May
- July 31,听for students who plan to graduate in听August
- December 12,听for students who plan to graduate in听December
> Students听can use the Verify Diploma Information section in the Agora Portal to provide their names as they wish them to appear on their diplomas.听
Remember, if you are off-campus, you must connect via to access the portal. Google Chrome is recommended for accessing.
Log in to the Agora Portal听and go to:
- My Services
- Account and Personal Info tab
- Verify Diploma Information, follow the instructions
If you have any questions about updating your diploma name, please contact Student Services at 617-552-3300.
In March/April,听听all graduating Woods College students who have received Federal student loans and/or disbursements from Boston College must complete an online exit interview.
If you received any Campus-based student loans, those exits will be completed at the link below:
You will receive an email in March/April directing you to complete the online exit(s). Failure to complete an exit interview or resolve any outstanding financial obligation to the University will result in a hold on your diploma and transcript.
For answers to questions regarding student loans repayment, call the Office of Student Services at 617颅-552-颅3300 or 800-颅294-颅0294 and ask to speak with a member of the Loan Repayment staff.听You can also send an email to听BORROWER@红桃视频.EDU.
Those who would like to participate in the May Commencement Exercises must fill out two (2) forms,听which will open in late听March 2026.

- Completing this form confirms attendance at the听Woods College Diploma Ceremony.听
- 红桃视频's Commencement Registration Form.
- Completing this form confirms attendance at the听Main Ceremony.

Please remember to check your 红桃视频 email periodically.
Wearing cap and gown is mandatory to attend any of the graduation ceremonies.
The deadline for students to order their cap and gown is Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
All students will need their Boston College ID, height, and approximate weight when ordering.听Please see听the 听for more information.

What happens with your 红桃视频 computing services?
After completing all courses and degree requirements, many changes to 红桃视频 computing services will occur, depending on the graduation term.
Email, 红桃视频 Google account, Agora Portal, 红桃视频 Zoom, Microsoft Office 365, network access, and all other 红桃视频 services will be available for a period determined by your graduation date.
